Join Us for New Free Health and Wellness Seminars on Saturday

Following on the heels of our successful free health and wellness seminar last night, we will be holding two more this Saturday -- Five Tools for Making Lasting Lifestyle Changes in Centreville and Fitness Outside the Gym in McLean.


 Health & Wellness: Making Lifestyle Changes

On Saturday morning at 10 a.m., Dr. Sharon Craddock will be presenting and leading a discussion on Five Tools for Making Lasting Lifestyle Changes. Dr. Craddock has a PhD in counseling, is a certified wellness coach, a certified personal trainer and has years of experience in this area.

This  seminar will be located at 5675 Stone Road, Suite 230, Centreville, VA 20120, which is located in the Village Center Shopping Center near Stone and Braddock roads.

Health & Wellness: How to Bet Fit Without Making it to the Gym


This Saturday evening at 7 p.m., Natalie Schneck will be presenting and leading a discussion on Fitness Outside the Gym for those who are uncomfortable or unable to make going to a gym a part of their regular routine. Natalie is a wellness coach, a certified personal trainer and a manager within the health and fitness industry. More information on Natalie can be found here.


 The seminar will be located at 6723 Whittier Avenue, Suite 204, McLean, VA 22101, which is located off Old Dominion Drive, between Chain Bridge Road and Longfellow Street.
